The icons under my toots and menus are displaying improperly. Seems to happen after I send a toot. Refreshing the page fixes it.

Does your instance use custom icons for those as opposed to the standard ones?
I've only seen this once or twice when I changed my instance theme and found the different icons wouldn't render correctly at first.
