As far as I know there are no programming languages whose names begin with an Arabic numeral, they all start with alphabetic characters. Maybe you could find one that starts with the roman numeral for zero. 😆

@Pat I assumed it refers to arrays. In some programming languages the first element of an array is the 0 element, while in others is 1.
