very selfish of parents to put child's health at risk which is criteria for intervention so
Take baby into care do operation return baby what are they going to do reject baby ?

It would be ironic but tragic if the child died or suffered brain damage whilst this nonsense is making its way through the court system!

Take an hour or so at most to get emergency protection order so treatment would continue ,but perhaps common sense would prevail with parents letting treatment continue .
