They have had the same rule at almost every company I have worked for "Thou shalt not tell thy coworkers thy salary!"
Bollocks to them I always have, and on at least one occasion it has resulted in a coworker nearly doubling his salary!
Management are fuckin arseholes! They're to maximize profits and stamp on the workers faces - never believe a fuckin word they say! They're filth, scum!!!
