That's very interesting! I live in Luxembourg and have done since 2005.
Although Luxembourg appears at the very bottom of the table there is nevertheless no perceived shortage of doctors here at all!
I can see my GP within 24 - 48 hrs of phoning for an appointment. All specialities are available with perfectly acceptable wait times. I don't therefore understand how this can be. The situation here should be significantly worse than it is in the UK and yet, that is definitely not the case at all!
