This why I wonder and occasionally explode at people giving it the "our wonderful NHS" bit!
The NHS these days is a 3rd rate service worthy of the 3rd rate economy that Britain has become under the the tory scum!
I live in Luxembourg, and over here, I have never waited more than 48 hours for a GP appointment. Hell, there are still GPs here offering the "come to the surgery and wait"; without an appointment service here just like when I was a kid in the 1950s!
@Paulos_the_fog @cloudguy I've waited between 4 days and 4 hours to see a GP, in London. The NHS is a great system that is being purposely driven into the ground by consistent underfunding, to artificially make it seem like privatised healthcare would be "more efficient".
@Paulos_the_fog @cloudguy Same in Ireland. My GP is on holiday. Locum is a recent migrant from GB.
