Yet there is a 25km stretch (as the crow flies) between the Zákány and Letenye road bridges (marked orange) with no way to cross
There is a rail bridge (marked green) half way - Kotoriba-Murakeresztúr - but no passenger trains cross it 🤦♂️

@twobiscuits @jon in 2001 i traveled often between Zagreb and Budapest. There were three trains a day and the fastest took 5 hour. Now there is just one and it takes 6.
@ProfT @jon I'm in Graz and we need to go to Pécs once or twice a year for Herself's work. It'd be about 8 hours by train ...
