@neildarlow my fork is one of several that have added improvements, the original author hasn't maintained the project in a few years and there are many open issues and pull requests. I have full attribution back to the original source, and I've sent pull requests to the original author (they have hinted they may return soon to maintain the project). This company has taken my fork and rebranded it, removed the fork history, but left in the original Apache 2 license

@daz @neildarlow@fosstodon.org Ok, so it sounds to me that they're violating the spirit of the licence, rather than the letter. Or are they actually violating some part of the licence, which would make it possible to take legal action?
