We need to move away from two assumptions:
1. The vehicle I use to nip to the shops or commute to work should be the same vehicle I use to take the family on a two week holiday.
2. I have to own that vehicle myself

@slowbikeiain Would like to add some assumption to point 2 - car rental for holiday should not cost 1/3 of the whole vacation cost. Not possible to achieve in all countries...
