Over the years i learned not to care what a lot of people think of me(sadly, it doesnt always work). Clearly all of this drama is affecting you and sadly i cant offer anything more then yet another online friend to talk to, but i hope the mastodon directory will be resolved and if people want to block QOTO, their bloody loss. Hope you sleep well, and maybe try talking a stroll or something

Finally decided to #3dprint myself a desk organizer to make my desk actually organized, really happy with the result.
Although it took me roughly 15 hours for the blue and another 2 hours for the orange

Great book, but sadly there is a revisoon of the board with a different 6dof, thus the book doesnt work once you try to get rotations(it seems you have that same revision)

I was actually thinking of something similar, where instead of "real time federation" you can "visit in other instances" using in game portals(that connect servers), that way servers can opt in/out from specific federation to allow balancing(and mods/plugins)

I've made a deliberate choice against a quoting feature because it inevitably adds toxicity to people's behaviours. You are tempted to quote when you should be replying, and so you speak at your audience instead of with the person you are talking to. It becomes performative. Even when doing it for "good" like ridiculing awful comments, you are giving awful comments more eyeballs that way. No quote toots. Thank's

Iirc, activity0ub requires the server to "accept" and store the followers' info(inbox and such) so when you make a post their server would get notified about it(allowing for both notifications and simply to know if there is a post to pull)
