So, to sum up, 2 of the top suspects -- who all had means, motive, and opportunity -- for leaking the Supreme Court Dobbs decision were (a) informally interviewed without any statements under oath and (b) said they didn't do it. And suspect #3, Ginni Thomas, wasn't interviewed at all.

And shockingly, this non-independent investigation identified no culprit.

A nerdy Black man was beat so badly by Tennessee cops this past week that its said he looked worst than Emmit Til. He's dead now, and cops are refusing to release the body cams because they fear riots. The cops were in an unmarked car, with no uniforms on. Its reported the cops continued to beat him even after he was cuffed.

By all accounts #TyreNichols was a Black, nerdy skateboarder with no connections to crime or even police contact other than driving while Black.

I'm older so I remember things. Everything you see happening today should be understood this way:

The top tax rate used to be 90% in order to prevent the really rich from destroying democracy.

@juddlegum Sadly, this becomes part of an authoritarian playbook where the rule of law underpinned by a Constitution is violated without consequence to the one who acts against a Constitution.

The irony is that the one who acted against the Florida Constitution is one who swore an oath to uphold that very same Constitution.

A bigger question is "How might we the people swiftly hold to account public officials who betray their oaths of office?"

Although the judge found that DeSantis violated state and federal law, he also said that he does not have the power to reinstate Warren, which is the relief Warren requested
