what's the essential reason for this issue?
when I used to install Ubuntu on the same laptop didn't have this issue.
the solution I have tried:
1.update the drive at device manager;(after 10mins back to the same issue)
2.Power Options->USB setting->USB selective suspend setting->disable
3. Windows OS is up to date.
