@capnthommo When you start to type, you should have a little exclamation mark in a speech bubble. It's that. This is what mine looks like, but apps may vary.
@Spinybadger has this come up with the warning?

@capnthommo It hasn't. When you press the button, you should get a header "Content warning" above your text. You can overwrite that with your heading, and the text to be hidden goes below.
