Enjoy! No need to go camping here. After celebrating the New Year, January arrived as usual in Northeast Ohio bringing no surprises. It’s 33 degrees with a steady wind and completely overcast with light mist and rain and some occasional passive aggressive snowflakes. I did see some birds, though. But I did listen to Martha’s Vineyard radio on the walk where it was 38 degrees and partly sunny. So it didn’t feel as bad.
OK um we woke up to 26°F/-3°C and that was the warm part lol Frozen all night and I'm still stiff from lying so still--move once, touch a frostbite worthy cold spot every hr 😊 It was fun, overall, but WOW!! Cast-iron, fire cooked, bacon and eggs made up for it! Happy New Year from Winterland!
Indeed it WAS! Talk about getting out of our comfort zones 😁👍It was the perfect way to start the new year, imho 😊👌
