You are going to die in one year. A magical pixie has told you so, and there is no getting out of it. However, the magical pixie has also granted you a SINGLE wish with a caveat: This wish must be use totally selfishly. IT can not be used to directly help or benefit anyone but you.
What do you wish for?
@Surasanji I wish to be out of the scenario entirely. There could be little joy in most anything knowing my days were precisely numbered, no wish could make up for that.

@Surasanji I would wish to live in an optimal level of comfort for the remainder of my life, with everything that comes with it, without reducing the number of people and causes I care about.
In my selfishness, I would prevent any (mental) health issues, financial setbacks, deaths and impending doom scenarios for me or the people/causes I care about.
We might even never die unless I feel like it being the right time and be completely comfortable with that idea. And for me, that would be in that immutable, set-in-stone, one year. But I would be happy at least.

Supposing that one year meant one-year proper time for my frame of reference, I want to be able to adjust my speed to any speed either below or beyond the speed of light.
@Surasanji There are many mathematical tricks around this, but my favourite one is:
That one year, for me, living normally on earth, be counted in Neptune years.
@madhur I think it be something of a nightmare to live 160+ years.
