@Surasanji Pho. Easily. With rare beef and ox tail. I have to have it at least once a week for breakfast.
@Mrfunkedude Yeah, it is pretty fantastic as is proper ramen.
As a Jewish man in good standing, however, my favorite soup will always be my mother's chicken soup.
It helps that it's like one of those handed down five or six generation style things.
@Surasanji chicken soup will ALWAYS be in my top 3 soups. Noodles, rice, dumplings, however you want it, chicken soup is GOLD.
@Mrfunkedude There is a mix of nostalgia and general good Jewish Chicken Soup in my Mom's style. Although, she does cheat a bit. The broth is chicken/beef mix. :P
@Surasanji who is your mother, where does she live, and does she take walk in guests on chicken soup days? These are all important questions. 😜
@Mrfunkedude It's more like chicken soup week. It gets made in a huge pot. HUGE.
@Surasanji you know whats sad? I used to make huge pots and eat chicken soup for days! Now that I'm almost 50, 2 days tops, then my stomach goes south. I MISS THE OLD DAYS!!! 😭
