As if being trans puts you in a different category and they're "not /really/ straight" or "not /really/ cis men" or something

The idea that trans people as somehow fundamentally different from cis people in some way plays into the hands of "trans men aren't men" and "trans women aren't women"
It reinforces differences a lot of people really don't fucking want to be there
It reinforces hate against trans people
It's the same category of hate as "I don't hate /all/ PoC, I just hate the ignorant ones"
