@Surasanji In fact by the looks of it its going to be 300 - 400 new users in a 24 hour period.

@Surasanji We also got enough users to be listed as the #1 largest instance on joinmastodon.org if you use the default sorting settings.. Which means we are getting most users who want a big instance and likes STEM (which is most indians on twitter I guess :) )

@freemo Indians are way into tech. I've never met someone from India who doesn't see STEM as the future. Very nice people, too, in my experience.

@Surasanji I used to work in a 95% indian team and I got to expiernce a lot of their culture and I really enjoyed it!
