The court denied the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate's request to overturn the Ministry of Culture's decision to end the lease agreement for the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra Reserve, according to Minister of Culture Tkachenko. Consequently, it is time for those affiliated with the Moscow Patriarchate to leave the Lavra.

The Patriarchate waited until the very last moment to file this request. Filed yesterday. They said they would not leave until the court ruled. So the court ruled. Kind of like what our courts are doing with the tRump delays.
