The Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 542, which was adopted on May 7, 2022, allows pharmacies to sell prescription drugs without a prescription until martial law is lifted or terminated. Health Minister Viktor Lyashko noted that the list of prescription drugs will remain the same as it was on April 1, but the process of obtaining them will be more convenient for all involved, as electronic prescriptions will be used instead of paper prescriptions.
