The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the Department of Counterintelligence of the Security Service of Ukraine (DBR) have identified 15 companies in the Kyiv region that are working for Volodymyr Sivkovych, a former Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council who is suspected of treason and espionage. It is believed that Sivkovych is in charge of a political office in Moscow, which was set up by the Federal Security Service (FSB) to carry out intelligence and subversive activities against Ukraine, including the coordination of agent networks in the frontline areas of the country. To conceal these criminal activities and finance them, Sivkovych has been using companies under his control in Kyiv that are involved in trade, finance, transportation, and real estate services.
