The Parliament has submitted a draft resolution to officially declare Belarus, which attacked Ukraine, as an aggressor state. This recognition of Belarus as an aggressor will restrict Minsk's capacity to assist Russia, as well as aid in bringing those responsible to justice and obtaining reparations for Ukraine.
