As of today, the new provisions of the anti-tobacco law have come into effect, banning the advertisement of tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and flavored e-liquids in Ukraine. The law also prohibits the production, wholesale and retail trade, and import of cigarettes and tobacco for rolling tobacco with flavoring additives for sale in Ukraine. Additionally, smoking e-cigarettes in public places and premises is not allowed.
