"In order to preserve people's lives and health, we urge citizens to evacuate from dangerous areas. We are preparing a decision on the forced evacuation of families with children from 10 settlements of the Kupyanska, Kindrashivska and Kurylivska communities of the Kupyan district. There are 275 children.

❗️We emphasize - children can be evacuated only with at least one parent or another guardian.

We also recommend that civilians, especially families with children, evacuate from the Boriv community of the Izyum district, including the village of Borov. Now 8,900 people live there, including 844 children.

All evacuees will be provided with housing, will have support and full support from international humanitarian organizations, if they leave the region - they will receive one-time payments. If desired, evacuation to the western regions of Ukraine will be organized."
