According to the president's deputy ambassador to the ARC, students from grades 5 to 9 undergo general military training with weapons in their hands in extracurricular classes, and for students in grades 1-5, the occupiers created a separate "military-patriotic organization" "Orlenok".

The order on the militarization of children and youth came from Moscow and was clearly spelled out in special manuals. According to him, the manuals stated that the first and main goal is to prepare children for the fact that they should sacrifice themselves for the sake of the "motherland", that is, for the sake of the political elite.
