For four hundred days, we have been defending Ukraine against full-scale aggression. We have come a long way together, with every person who has fought and is still fighting for Ukraine, who has cared and still cares about the country and its people, who has helped and is still helping with logistics, and who has strengthened and is still strengthening Ukraine's resilience. We have survived the worst days of February, the winter, the spring which changed the course of the war in our favor, the summer and fall where we proved that the liberation of our northern regions was no accident, and the battles for Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy region, the return of the districts of our Kharkiv region, the return of Kherson, the defense of Bakhmut and Donbas. We are now preparing for our next steps and our victory. We will do our best to make sure that the day when we can thank all Ukrainians for our victory comes soon. Glory to Ukrainian heroes! Glory to Ukraine!
Fedorov, from the Ministry of Economy and with the support of the Security Service of Ukraine, has made it easier to import components for drones into Ukraine during martial law. This means that drone manufacturers will no longer need to get a conclusion from the Security Service. The Government has now adopted a resolution to this effect, which has reduced the time it takes to get approval from up to 15 days.
Investigative journalists have discovered luxurious apartments and cars owned by a former Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) officer, now a State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) employee, in the center of Kyiv and Donbas. How did an ordinary state employee manage to accumulate such wealth, and what is the connection to the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO)? Read more here.
The lawyer Nikoforchuk explained that a court order is necessary for a person to be forcibly returned from abroad. He noted that those liable for military service can travel abroad if they have the necessary documents, but if they do not, it is considered an illegal border crossing and they face administrative liability. He also stated that a serious criminal offense must have been committed in Ukraine for a person to be forcibly returned, and that the person must be notified of suspicion and have materials indicating that they are hiding from the investigation or court. Nikiforchuk emphasized that the decision of the State Border Guard Service or the border service of another country is not enough to send a person back to Ukraine, and that such statements by the Ukrainian side have a negative impact on those who would like to return home after the war.

Landlord-Tenant Officer Shoots Woman in the Head During Eviction – NBC10 Philadelphia
There was no reason for him to attempt to force his way into the apartment just to serve papers. Police should treat this as a home invasion robbery gone bad.

Ukraine is making preparations to activate a power line that will link the Ukrainian power system to the European one. This connection will enable Ukraine to both export and import electricity to the European Union, which will have a beneficial effect on the country's economy. Experts anticipate that the project could be completed by April. The power line was originally constructed during the Soviet era, but was deactivated after the Soviet Union's dissolution.
When I called in my positive test Friday morning, doctor’s office wondered why so many people my age were doing same that day? Oh that’s easy—we were all at the Springsteen concert in Milwaukee Tuesday night, 20,000 people with maybe 2 masks. Fortunately my case is mild so far. Looks like Boss got it too, resulting in a bunch of cancelled shows. What’s sad though is that judging by the median-age-73 not-in-good-shape crowd, some people will die from having attended. The pandemic is not over.
The court denied the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate's request to overturn the Ministry of Culture's decision to end the lease agreement for the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra Reserve, according to Minister of Culture Tkachenko. Consequently, it is time for those affiliated with the Moscow Patriarchate to leave the Lavra.
The Patriarchate waited until the very last moment to file this request. Filed yesterday. They said they would not leave until the court ruled. So the court ruled. Kind of like what our courts are doing with the tRump delays.
