The Air Force anti-aircraft missile troops who have been defending the Kyiv region and beyond from Russian missile terrorism have been presented with well-deserved awards. These troops completed their training abroad ahead of schedule, enabled the Patriot air defense system to be operational as soon as possible, and disproved the notion of the invincible Russian Dagger. In May and June, 13 X-47 Dagger missiles were destroyed, as well as more than twenty ballistic missiles and other Russian-Iranian weaponry. We thank these warriors for their excellent combat work and also thank our partners whose equipment is currently saving the lives of Ukrainians. Together, we will achieve victory!

The Ukrainian kickboxing champion Maksym Bordus tragically passed away in the war on June 11, as reported by the Sports Committee of Ukraine Angels of Sport. He was killed by an enemy shell during intense fighting against Russian invaders. Eternal memory and glory to the Hero!
Good News from the war
The enemy suffered losses of more than five companies in killed and wounded during the day in the Tauride direction. 46 units of enemy military equipment were destroyed or damaged, including 33 tanks, 7 infantry fighting vehicles, 1 armored personnel carrier, 4 2S19 Msta-S howitzers, 1 2A65 Msta-B howitzer, 1 Buk anti-aircraft missile system, 2 MT-12 Rapier anti-tank guns, 1 radar station, 1 heavy flamethrower system Soncepyok, 1 Supercam drone, and 1 Shahed-136 UAV. Additionally, five ammunition storage sites for the Russians were destroyed.
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) uncovered a Kyiv-based IT company that attempted to illegally transfer confidential information from the electronic systems of the frontline OVA to representatives of the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) terrorist organization. The investigation revealed that the company had granted access to the databases to its colleagues from the temporarily occupied part of the region, who were posing as employees of the company's Donetsk branch. If successful, the offenders would have been able to regularly leak information from the OVA. The perpetrators of this crime face up to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.
Shoigu stated that Ukraine intends to launch American HIMARS missiles and British Storm Shadow missiles against Russia and Crimea outside the area of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. He referred to this as a full-scale involvement of the United States and the United Kingdom in the conflict and promised swift strikes on decision-making centers in Ukraine. It is ironic that he separated Russia and Crimea, for example, demonstrating that they do not take into account all the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and recognize that it is Ukraine. What is the issue if there are strikes on the territory of Russia? None at all.

On Day 482 of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, there was another major aerial assault on the capital city. According to initial reports, the enemy utilized an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) armed with Shahed barrage munitions. This is only the second attack by Iranian drones on Kyiv since the beginning of the month and the first in the last 18 days.
The drones entered the city in waves, coming from different directions, and the air alert lasted for more than three hours. Our air defense forces and assets were able to detect and destroy nearly two dozen enemy targets in the airspace around Kyiv. We are grateful to the defenders of our skies for their outstanding work!

Shahids are flying towards the Kyiv region at a very low altitude, but we hope that they will be shot down before they can reach us. Please do not panic and only go to a shelter when the alarm is sounded. It is possible that nothing will reach us, as air defense is always on alert. There is no other threat from aviation or air defense.
