⚡️IDF: “We have confirmed the presence of 199 hostages in Gaza so far."

The United States has reportedly transferred approximately 20 ATACMS missiles to Ukraine, as reported by The New York Times.

This information was conveyed to the publication by two American officials familiar with the situation.

According to the sources, Ukraine has received roughly two dozen long-range rockets equipped with cluster munitions. These missiles, upon explosion, disperse 950 small bombs, covering a large area for destruction.

The report notes that the version of the missiles provided by the U.S. has limited range. However, it is sufficient to reach nearly all of the primary bases that Russia has used for air support and supplying its troops in Ukraine.

The UN embargo on the sale of ballistic missiles to Iran has been lifted, leading to questions about its implications for Ukraine. Ihor Semivolos, an expert at the AMES Center for Middle Eastern Studies and co-founder of the Ukrainian Peacekeeping School, shared his insights.

The first announcement of the embargo's lifting came from Bagheri Kani, the deputy head of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for political affairs. ZN UA sought a comment from expert Ihor Semivolos, who explained:

"This change is a result of the 2015 UN Security Council Resolution, commonly known as the 'nuclear agreement.' The Resolution set a timeline for lifting restrictions on the sale of conventional weapons to Iran, starting in 2018 and subsequently extending to missile weapons.

Today, the Resolution has expired, granting Iran the ability to sell missile weapons to any interested party without facing sanctions.

"ATESH" informs about a new batch of damaged equipment of the Russian Armed Forces in Achinsk

It is reported that the occupiers continue to bring damaged equipment to the region “for repairs,” as they claim. Our agents found out how the invaders “repair” this equipment.

Instead of repairing and restoring combat effectiveness, equipment is often simply sent for scrap. This is done so that questions do not arise about the extent of losses, as well as about the desire of some individuals to hide the extent of the damage. Well, let’s not forget, of course, that depending on the type of equipment, this is a couple of good tons of iron. This means that the revenue for them is quite considerable. And we very much doubt that this revenue then goes “to the needs” of the army... It very quickly goes into someone’s pocket.

Three children abducted by Russia will be returned to Ukraine via Qatar, — Reuters.

Citing a representative of the Qatari authorities, the agency reports that three Ukrainian children will be handed over to diplomats in Moscow this week in accordance with the mechanism created by Qatar. It is about a two-year-old boy, a nine-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl.

According to a Qatari official, the return of these children will be a test of the system that the state created after months of secret negotiations with Moscow and Kyiv. Qatar's Minister of State for International Cooperation, Lolwa Al Khater, confirmed the mediation and called this week's repatriation "just the first step."

Russian Children's Commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova, who is accused of facilitating the abduction of children from Ukraine, shared a short list of Ukrainian children who must be returned to a group of Qatari diplomats. They checked the identity of each child.

The representative of Qatar noted that it is currently unclear how many more children the Russian Federation will allow to return to Ukraine through the Qatari mechanism.

According to him, Qatari diplomats will accompany the children across the border with Estonia, Latvia or Belarus or to Qatar on a charter plane before returning to Ukraine.

Andriy Serhan, the commander of the UAV platoon within the 59th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Yakov Handziuk of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, has shared insights into the situation in the Avdiivka area. He anticipates a forthcoming wave of formidable assaults in the region.

Serhan observed a relative calm in the Donetsk region, likely attributed to heavy losses suffered by the occupiers. He noted that one brigade has already depleted its forces, and another regular military brigade has been deployed. The Ukrainian defenders are gearing up for a resolute defense, fully aware that the enemy may regroup and launch another assault in the future.

The military is diligently preparing for the challenges ahead, recognizing the strength and power of potential enemy attacks. The situation remains fluid and dynamic, and Ukrainian forces are committed to standing firm in the face of adversity.
