@War_Kittens I’m definitely not saying Musk is a decent person. Surely putting Twitter behind a paywall doesn’t make one a disaster of a human being, however, just a disaster of a manager.
All that other awful stuff he’s said and done, on the other hand — the way he has treated employees and others, the way he fosters and enables hate online — shows us what sort of human being he is. 😐
@War_Kittens lulz if he does that, it’ll instantly collapse. In the past, I wouldn’t have minded paying to have, say, no ads or algorithm free timeline. Now? Couldn’t pay me to do it.
