It’s funny to see the evangelical reporter Tim Alberta, who spent his entire career shilling for DC Republicans, think that anyone is shocked that Donald Trump called some Ted Cruz-supporting evangelicals some rude names.

@WilliamRamsey Ah OK. That piece was far more revealing about Alberta than I think it was about Licht. But obviously Licht was more important so that's what mattered to most people.
@mattsheffield What would you say it revealed about Alberta? I've read a number of his pieces only in these trumpian years (as with other 'Never Trumpers').
@WilliamRamsey It really showed he hasn't learned a damned thing about Trump or his supporters. He really thinks that Republicans could go back to the Boehner days. He lives in a state of perpetual delusion.
Anyone could see that Licht was a failure, except for the guy who was paid to be insightful about him.
