@jcagar Using a traditional box filter. DC barrel plugs could allow for interoperability of various fixture designs.

@jcagar will cavitate some, but minor frame would hold, or cardboard/plastic slats.

@cleanairstars Maybe 5 fans with a 24x24x4 filter would work 🤔 . Then could fully utilize 5 and 10 fan hubs while conforming to ceiling grid .

@cleanairstars I suppose it depends on the filter size for design (imagining standard available filters), but I'd think 3 smaller fixtures spread out vs 1 bigger one would more evenly mix?

@cleanairstars @DavidElfstrom Another question I have is, through all of these tested diy designs, do we have a general idea of effective filter surface area per fan, such that, for a specified fan and filter, similar performance can be achieved with 4", 2", and 1" deep filters by altering width/height to equalize surface area?
