Honest question for folks - how do you find/make time to read papers?

I mean for papers that you just would like to read (i.e. not for grants, writing your own papers, reviews, etc.)

To read papers I typically take one of two approaches, sometimes in combination.
1) set aside/schedule time to do it so that time is protected in my day
2) read in partnership or community with someone else or a small group (book club, weekly reading club for example)
