Referring to American billionaires as anything other than oligarchs is disingenuous or naive. If it walks like an oligarch, talks like an oligarch, he is an Oligarch. And the whole "self-made" narrative is pretty bunk too. Bezos, Musk, Zuck, are not even remotely self made.
