Is there a generally accepted named corollary for Goodhart's Law that says that when a generally useful idea becomes a self-identity, those who identify with it cease to be useful?

If not, dibs.

Using evidence to guide decision-making in med practice is good!

Trying to steer money/resources toward places where people will get the most benefit is also good!

The implementation/interpretation of these by their most "enthusiastic" self-identifier crowd is NOT VERY GOOD!
