Comic linking / posting style:
Is it ok to copy the image of a comic into a post?
I wonder how exhausting it is for others to click through a link. I am using the browser interface and opening a link in a new tab is easy.
I would say with some decription, i would click through if it sounds interesting.
How many smartphone app users are there? Is it annoying to open a link or totally worth it to give the creators websites a site visit? Or would it be more in favour of creators to post the picture so people have easier access and more actually develop an interest? Needless to say, a link will always be included by me.
Are there any #contentcreator #author #authors that could help me get a better understanding?

@admitsWrongIfProven Just my opinion as one who enjoys reading them. Several important things:
1) As you said, include a link to the original page if possible, or at least a link to the site entry.
2) Try to include credit and inclusion of the artists @ handle when one is available. I *want* people to know about @howardtayler and https://www.schlockmercenary.com/. They are worthy.
3) Money via ads. I don't want to cut an artist's revenue stream. I want them to keep doing what they are doing, even if I can't personally throw money at them at this time. So reposting dailies is a bad plan.

Thank you, searching for the handle was something i missed! I guess i don't think social media enough to have those kinds of thought ^^
About the money, yeah i would not think of posting dailies repeatedly. More like "a specific comic i thought was especially good". Is that in line with what you think or what you would say to not do?
And holy excrement, is Schlock mercanry being continued? Ah nah.
@admitsWrongIfProven Oh, if I'm responding to a specific conversation and that strip is particularly relevant, absolutely put the image in. That's the hook! "Wait a minute, that looks cool and it's funny! I gotta check this out!" THAT is what you (and I'd presume the artist) wants.
And unfortunately no, Schlock Mercenary *has* come to an end, but Tayler is still busy with things of interest. Handles are a great way to, "Oh BTW, this guy's still busy and you ought to consider a follow!"
