You've never been in the same physical place twice since the Earth, the Solar system & the Milky way are all moving through space.

Philosophically, this can serve to be in a proper awe of the vastness of space.
Practically, it has no further ramifications for us, since the parts of space earth moves through are too big to actually interact with the places we have moved away from.
