I envy you if you've never met a junior engineer that just graduated with a CS degree who talks EXACTLY like Elon Musk.
I just googled "what is the fastest programming language?" and the first result said C++ so I'm guessing at some point Elon is going to declare that all of Twitter needs to be rewritten in C++.
