Genuinely wondering what was necessary to get an "outstanding" sabbatical proposal rating from the college, if participating in a multi-year, multi-institution, international, hazard-focused, £seven-figure project doesn't get there.
(We are not even a research-focused institution, though these proposals were supposedly judged based on research things.)
@seismogenic After posting that, my daughter requested that we make the star that she cut from paper sparkly. The temptation for glitter was strong.
