Did Android install the certificate authority or do they warn about one that was installed by someone else?

@issdeinschnitzel @Columbkille. it's the wording that I find interesting. Google is clearly wanting you to believe that the use of third party apps exposes you to monitoring and inferring only third party apps expose you to that risk.
