@disco_socialist I've realized it's just an influence peddling machine; and furthmore, that is the ultimate result of any for-profit media company becoming mainstream and attached to the capitalist establishment.
Facebook used to be cool for meeting people and agitating for resistance too - but they it got popular enough to make money and now it's more or less the lobby for Amazon/the Pentagon - at least vibes wise.
