Best ways to read json files offline ?

Something clear offline / standalone as much as possible .

Imagine reading your Mastodon exported profile (posts export to outbox.json for example) to view in something that looks similar without needing to Mastodon itself?

Or covert to XYZ? Suggestions, Thanks

@freeschool most browsers will prettify the code. My system defaults JSON and XML to be opened in a browser.

@barefootstache
In Firefox for example it does prettify the code (like that phrase by the way) but

- comes out more of a numbered list each with lots of nested in more of collapse/expand signs !
- long lines are abbreviated

so a bit better but nothing like
- something scrollable
- or human readable better than a long list of chronological / incremental numbers

Looking for something that shows the content or subject instead of headers first... or even completely without

@freeschool you should be able to click on the button "Expand All" to see all the data in Firefox. And then you can filter either by key or value.
