Does It is similar to NoScript?
More o less, but NoScript works with patterns and profiles depending on the visited website and LibreJS works evaluating script's functionality and license. In my experience, LibreJS is barely usable in real web: almost no website uses Free Software licensed scripts and almost every website uses complex scripts.
