But it’s easy to think only of one wrong study when we could think about science & #reproducibility more broadly. #bioinformatics data analysis workflows should yield explicit provenance for conclusions; “what analyses gives evidence for (thing)?” The original authors assume “remaining data contains no human sequence” but have no independent test.
