I'm not US citizen but somehow I'm sure that biden will win in this election. Even Donald Trump seemingly hold the 'vox populi'. But stake holder of democracy was never general population to begin with, it's the one that will be really hurt when US falling, it's the stake holder. For a puppet to be a president it will be chain of command 7 times faster.
