basically they want to get free money from those who're not signed the contract and this will have a huge consequence like : why youtube would ever accept new YPP if they already benefit? the potential creator will die in the process.

and with this kind of scheme youtube is ahead from its competitor, they can survive easily without any profit-sharing. publisher should concern themselves because without YPP there's no valid quality control for the existing content.

and also with this kind of scheme, it's fool of you still uploading to youtube and giving them more power doing that.
