so I found the thread on reddit//qutebrowser they explained it a lot what happened.
somehow qt engine and chrome engine updated at the same time and that's bring calamity to the update packages.
me : already updated the pyqt but still have qutebrowser yet fixed. and now using brave for good.
Btw I'm on arch (artix) and then something updated recently, and my qutebrowser lost it's capability to use the dark mode - this zerohedge site sup...
