My phone is going crazy after installing old xiaomi yi apps, suddenly it cannot charge.

So then I'm cleaning dalvik cache and cache from twrp, and then boot it. It cannot boot.

Reflash it, and supposedly it has to be back to the stock rom (factory) but still persist in my current rom with no problem at all but with all google apps go unfreezed.

what's happening?
