Btw after testing so much, the key of choosing dnscrypt server is to pick the non-filtering one | no matter it's doh/dnscrypt.

If you choose the wrong pick it will be feel like throttled (even can't open some website etc.).

this is best pick to me (south east asia):

no-log, no-filter, dnssec on

and don't try to pick more than 4 server
