Heads up: I just denied a sketchy-looking request to follow me from a blank profile called "admin" on an instance called mastodon.electroncash.de.
The instance only has one active user. I have blocked the entire domain from the account, using the drop-down menu on the admin account's profile.
@ryanschultz Question re: Mastodon etiquette. Is it frowned upon or a bad idea to run a solo instance for yourself? I like my instance but the lure of self-hosting my own is enticing as I do it with as many services as I reasonably can. Will I be likely to be blocked by people just for being the only user of an instance?
