is there any open source video conference tool like jitsi, but not using the rube-goldberg setup that webrtc is?
from what i've read, webrtc kind of requires the worst type of NAT to be working reliably (UDP hole punching doesn't work with symmetric NAT, as i have experienced)

something like mumble with a central server muxing the streams would be nice.
